To fix the issue, copy and import your missing root certificate(s) to the Azure cloud management gateway server. After the process of installing the workgroup clients in the internal network is completed and the clients go to the Internet, they are unable to communicate the cmg. I think the root problem is that they were unable to register to the internal MP-HTTPS server during the task and get the token.
