I can't get the rear hatch open using the exterior handle. It feels like the exterior hatch handle is stuck, as there is no movement in or out. I removed the interior inspection panel & can open the hatch that way. Electric lock motor operates when I press the remote. Both times all I had to do was disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for about 30 seconds.. then reconnect, and that’s it, the rear gate will auto-reset.
